1. Change the environment immediately. The more drastic the change is, the better it will be.
Example: If previously you are in a closed space (like your own bedroom) you should move to a more open area like a outdoor cafe or your rooftop balcony.
2. Once you move to an entirely different environment, do these actions one after another while doing your work.
a. Take some sips of an energy booster drink (like Redbull/Kratingdaeng etc) OR a cup of mildly-caffeinated coffee. Do not take strong coffee as it will increase your heartbeat rapidly. What you need is a slight wake-up shot.
b.Munch some chocolate (can be any kind. White/Milk/Dark will do) but take it bit by bit in between the drink.
c. Take some sips of cold orange/other tangy juice.
d. Take some sips of water
e. Play some fast songs to boost your energy level. Avoid slow songs. They make you too relaxed and drowsy.
3. Present your ideas to yourself. Imagine you are explaining your ideas to some other people and are expecting a lively discussion with them to solve the core issues in your ideas. Speaking out will help you to box your ideas and generate a mental mind map such that you will be able to see a much better and clearer picture.
4. Browse through websites about design, especially the ones about product design/advertisements etc. Though your work might not be about designing something, seeing how people produce fresh ideas will help you to renew your creative thinking.
5. Just sleep. It works all the time XD.
